Last day of school, t-ball & cousins

Here are the girl's last day of school pictures...and already the summer is half over!  Pretty soon it will be first day of kindergarten and high school pictures!

Random picture - Jocelyn is very into braiding hair, and has mastered braiding her own!  She was supposed to be sleeping, but came in to show me what she had been doing instead.  I've given up trying to do her hair - she likes to do it how she wants to!  And like the outfits, I've given up arguing.
Jocelyn started t-ball this summer!  I told her she had to do one activity, and this is what she picked.  It's instructional t-ball, which is good for her.  They have 3 stations they rotate thru and practice hitting, fielding and running the bases.  To our surprise one of her friends from church was there the first night, and they were both so excited!  She's coming along well, is great at hitting, and has now learned which hand her glove should go on.

This week her friend Anna wasn't going to be there, and she was quite disappointed.  She left me this note: (Never going to go to t-ball).  But she ended up going and was just fine.
A few weekends ago we got to go over to the Cities and babysit Evan for the day!  Adam & Elliot were out of town, and Angie had to work.  We were so happy to come and visit.  He's such a happy, laid back baby and thought Jocelyn was so funny and so much fun to play with!  He didn't even cry when Angie left, and the only naughty thing he did was squeeze his lips together when it was time for dinner.  But we were sneaky and got him to eat!

Then on Sunday, we headed over to Morgan & Nicole's to meet our new niece, Nora Marjorie!  Jocelyn is so excited to have another girl cousin, although this trip was much more excited to play with Henry. They put on a concert for us - but got a little stage fright.  They had fun singing Frozen and playing with all of Henry's fun toys!

She was so wide awake and alert while we were there!  And she showed off her eating, pooping & sleeping skills.  What a precious little girl!
